Consultant Chef, Charles Miller,
Charles Miller, began his career at Johnson and Wales University and has exerted his talent as Lead Chef for the 30th G8 Summits, Chef for Ross Perot, Jr., Executive Chef at Ruth’s Chris Dallas, and as Sous Chef at The Cloister Hotel in Sea Island, Georgia. His gift for the art of cooking has awarded him with the Grand Prize winner in the “Equal Delights” recipe contest as well as the Silver Medallion winner for Pastry Platter and Desserts in “Battle of Atlanta.” Charles’ extensive background in the culinary industry has allowed him to create a unique and traditional cuisine for The Old Fish House Bar and Grill.

Don Pinder has an extensive background in the food and beverage industry with over thirty years of dedicated experience. By owning three restaurants on Lake Linear, Georgia and working with the Atlanta Falcons, Don has been able to further his knowledge and experience. Don is a passionate advocate and supporter for local ingredients. Don’s sagacity for the culinary industry have enhanced The Old Fish House Bar and Grill’s menu and service.

The Old Fish House was built before environmental restrictions on construction were enacted. Because we are closely situated to the Indian River Lagoon and on a septic system, every effort is made to limit the amount of harsh chemicals used by commercial dish washing machines. We cannot risk inadvertently polluting the lagoon. We are all stewards of this precious ecosystem and sincerely hope our guests understand this decision.
Additionally, this choice does not diminish the quality of our food. The Old Fish House serves the highest quality steaks and seafood, everything is prepared fresh and grown locally. We will not compromise on quality and serve only the best in harmony with nature.
